How it Works3 Steps: 1. Open the valve - After the plug is connected, the socket sleeve can be moved towards the plug to open the built-in valve impossible with the plug in the locked position 2. Lock the sleeve - rotate the flange to lock the sleeve. Disconnection is impossible with the plug in the locked position 3. Purge the residual air - To allow disconnection, first turn the flange to the original position, and retract the sleeve to the orininal position. The built-in valve will be closed to purge the residual air pressure Flow Rate Increase: Up to 40% increase in flow rate compared to conventional couplers can be achieved. Energy Saving: Replacement of conventional Cuplas with Full-Blow Cuplas can reduce pressure loss in the air lines. This leads to a higher residual pressure at the tool for greater performance, or allows a lower source pressure for greater economy of operation without compromising tool performance.
